We realize there is no possible way we can work with every church that needs our assistance. Therefore, we have a process to certify other church consultants in our process.
We typically only allow certification of church consultants that work exclusively for a Denomination. The certification (license) is restricted to that individual while they are working for the denomination. It does not allow them to use our assessment process outside the denomination's churches. The certification is revoked when the individual leaves the organization unless he/she moves to a different organization that also uses
CIM certified consultants. The costs for certification and other expenses can be obtained by contacting
CIM.
Rights and Responsibilities of Certification
Certain rights and responsibilities are given to
CIM certified consultants.
They are:
- Authority to administer the CIM Church-Wide Improvement Opportunity Assessment survey.
- Authority to interpret the CIM assessment results for an individual church.
- Authority to create and present the final assessment report to the assessed church.
- Responsibility to interface with CIM on each church assessment conducted by the consultant.
- Responsibility to identify and report any potential conflicts pertaining to the consultant and the assessed church.
If your denomination has a desire to certify its consultants to our process, please contact us. Use the contact form located on the
Contact Us page.
